In the current context where the global food industry chain is becoming increasingly complex, how to ensure the safety of food from the source to the dining table has become a focus of common concern for the entire society. The 17th CBIFS Food Safety Technology Forum, hosted by the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association and other organizations, was grandly held in Hangzhou from April 10th to 11th, 2025. Focusing on multiple topics such as the interpretation of national food safety standards and the innovation and application of inspection and testing technologies, it attracted elites from all walks of life to gather together to explore the frontiers and development of food safety technologies.
