From March 25 to 27, 2025, the 2025 AOAC Food Testing Technology and Standards Seminar was successfully concluded in Shenzhen.With a long-standing focus on food safety issues, Esensing shared automated analysis solutions for new contaminants in food such as mineral oil (MOSH/MOAH), chloropropanol ester (MCPD) and glycidyl ester (GE), attracting many participants to the exhibition stand.

  

Esensing invited Mr. Wu from the Institute of Analysis and Testing of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and Mr. Fu from the Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Health Inspection to conduct an in-depth analysis of the issue. Zhang Hong, senior product manager from Esensing, also shared the automatic analysis solution to further exchange the latest food quality and safety testing technology and standards at home and abroad.

Mr. Wu shared the report "Experience Sharing of Mineral Oil Detection Capability Verification in Food", focusing on the optimization strategy of analysis methods, and the practical experience of reverse-improving daily detection methods through capability verification data, so as to provide replicable solutions for similar testing institutions to improve the analytical capability of trace mineral oil.

Ms. Fu shared the report "Comparative Study on the challenges and methods of determination of chloropropanol ester and glycidyl ester in Food", focusing on the newly promulgated national food safety standard GB 5009.191-2024, describing in detail the three detection methods of these two substances, the optimization process of parameter conditions, the key points of detection technology and quality control methods.
